^ My search continues on then... Don't take this the wrong way, but for those that are reading my WTB thread that has one for sale or might know someone who has one to sell, please shoot me a PM to give me a fighting chance pick one up as I can't check thread alerts immediately seeing how I am deployed. I would appreciate that. 
Congrats on picking one up though. I'm sure you could just purchase the MAF plate (previously posted) and have it welded on for a few bucks. Should work out nicely.

I'm actually looking at producing these in the UK, in fact I've dropped off the necessary parts this afternoon for design and fabrication.
I'm hoping to have these up and running sometime in March I hope. I'll probably have to setup trader status on either G35 or my350, but the plan is in motion.
I'm also looking at anodised versions as well.

Little update:
The proto pipe has been created, test fitted and a slight adjustment needed to reduce the pipe diameter down to 70mm in which to fit nicely to the blower output pipe. (Retaining 75mm at the TB end)
For peace of mind it'll be test fitted again to ensure its a perfect fit.
News as it thappens and I'll let you know.
