Included FREE in every Turbonetics kit sold during this limited offer, is our AAM Spec. Oil Pan Spacer & Stainless Braided Turbo Oil Return Line Upgrade. The AAM Spec. Oil Pan Spacer and Oil Line Kit help guarantee a leak-free installation and better cooling through increased oil capacity. In addition, this upgrade greatly improves long term reliability. The stock kit setup requires you to tap the engine block for the oil return line. The factory block, however, is an aluminum casting and the Turbonetics oil fitting is a bronze fitting. As a result, the difference in the expansion/contraction rates of the aluminum block vs. the bronze fitting can lead to cracked components. With the AAM Spec. Aluminum Oil Pan Spacer and AAM Spec. Aluminum Oil Return Line Upgrade this problem is eliminated because our aluminum AAM Spec. Oil Pan Spacer comes pre-tapped for our upgraded aluminum oil return line fittings.

With spool-up beginning as low as 2,000rpm and full boost between 2,800 and 3,200rpm, this kit provides a ton of low-end torque and power. This turbo kit runs ~8psi out of the box and, on average, makes between 340-360rwhp. With an upgraded fuel system, larger injectors, and tuning management customer commonly make between 370-410rwhp (430 to 480 engine horsepower!). Add a built motor to the mix, and this system has proven itself between 430-450rwhp (510 to 530 engine horsepower!).
