It is indeed a complete kit, and not a tuner kit, pix do not show all that is included. and I'm sure if we put it on e-bay, probably would have sold for more. Happy that a driver member got it, and check us out, from time to time we get amazing deals, just don't let some of our vendors know, they get upset when we sell for half of cost!
