I made it out for a quick session at Driveway Austin today. Brought some friends to videotape, they got a ride along with an instructor and almost threw up hahaha. One of them said "this is awesome" like 5 times during the video. Check it out.

 

It's likely I'll be hitting the track with TDE Dec 5+6. Personally I enjoy TWS better (going on Dec 12+13) but my equipment is pretty worn from this year and MSR is easier on the car.

Rick from TDE said they are starting up next year in January @ MSR (or was it H2R?). I forget the date already but that doesn't leave too much time for repairing/rebuilding/restocking all my stuff.

It's Confirmed, TDE is running H2R Jan 23-24 Open to all but Novice.

I've signed up for TDE @ MSR Dec 5-6.

One more track day this year. Eagles Canyon Toy Run. Check out their site (www.eaglescanyon.com) for more details. $50 + 2 cans of food + a toy.

 

I hear ECR is doing open track days. I'm going to try and do some reasearch to find out and inform everyone.

 

I've done a couple of them already.

It's $150 + tax. You get 4-5 sessions and it includes and instructor until you get signed off for solo. The run groups aren't nearly as large as a TDE event and things are a bit more laid back.
