I think I'll do it. I want to enter every show around that I can. I just feel like there is so much more that needs to be done to the car. I have a vision of what I want and it's not what I got. But then again that has been the mentality that has kept me from showing all along.

Thanks Guys!! I really appreciate the input.

Jran, all the more reason to go for that "most cars entered" award. Think about that.. the G Community bringing home and award TOGETHER!! Be a part of DFW G History bro.

Hound, that's the same mentality that has stopped me man.. Dude, that trophy you already have sitting on your mantle is already proof that you're ready homie..

Is there a requirement of what mods/how many mods you must have on your ride to show? Not that I'm going to show, but I'm just curious. I'm too lazy to even attend weekly meets . Plus I don't think my car is even show worthy and I'm not planning on bringing it to that level .

I don't think there's ever a limit or requirement.. But if your car's not modded, I don't think you would want your money to get taken for no reason.

Ok, I just got this from Rich Goodwin with RPM...

For anyone who IS interested in showing indoors, use the registration code "G35" (no quotes) for $10 off.

Jon - Yes. Just, yes. You are show worthy, hands down. Chris, you too.

I completely forgot about the staging process that goes on the night before. This will be a deterrent to many people I'm sure (myself included) who don't have a second car to fall back on. However, I still think that we should all still try to go.

Make a night of it...everyone rolls in, gets a ride back from 1-2 support vehicles, go have a night on the town, eat, drink, whatever...then back the next day.

I showed back in 2005 at Hot Import Nights Indianapolis and won Best Infiniti Wild w/ just oem front lip, wheels, and a drop. The competition now is a bit different, but everyone should show that wants to. Don't make possible competition stop you from competing. Don't make it all about the trophy and the potential loss.

Make it about the camradarie, experience, and involvement in the car community!

I'd like to know who all is not showing indoor so we can all cruise out together and park together. Also what's the cost if your not showing?

True.. I'm going for the experience. I use to show in the early 90's with the VW crew. It's been a up hill battle to get back.
