If there's actual concern of grill size, I'll bring my big barrel grill. I can handle 30 or so burgers at the same time on that bad boy... I'm sure we'll be fine

So with the list of people that are getting tunes is there gonna be some order in which he is gonna start and then space them out thru out the day ?....like every 2 hours aproximately.

Should we have a sign up sheet with times on it.....but make sure everybody knows to be there at least 30-45 mins early in case he starts getting ahead of schedule.

I know we are gonna bring some pot luck food and all ...but I can't hang out there all day. I will bring some drinks or chips or whatever you need me to and a chair....but I can only stay for a couple hours (2-3 maybe) so a time or sign up sheet would be great to have for a scheduling reference.

 

I plan to be out there most of the day as I have nothing else to do, but I can see why some people won't be able to do this.
