Well as of now it seems that the HFC's are fine. I inspected everything and found that one of the bolts at the mid to y connection had rattled loose and fallen out. Tightened up the other bolt, which was loose, and put in a new one and now it all sounds fine. I'm still a little skeptical because it seemed like such a huge problem, so I'll keep and ear on it.

Steve, I should be by tomorrow for the 91 flash around 1030. I also would like you to pull some codes for me and clear them also if possible to see if they come back. I think it's just stuff that isn't anything big, and is probably related to the different ROM.

Rob uprev has fixed the hot start issue and Steve will need to update his cable.and download the latest updates from uprev. He should have recieved an email from them however there are 4 tables within the tuning software for cranking enrichment and he will need to work through those couple of tables to dial in the fuel dump based on temp. Mine is good now and I don't have any problems
