So last night i went to a club in dallas to go see one of my favorite DJs.. And they did valet there. Most of the guys doing it were younger so I figured now is a perfect time to use my Valet map lol. Sooo... I DID! lol Because as soon as my car pulled up he was like Oh YES! And Ran to the driver seat. He takes off almost killing the car and then he hits 2nd gear then I hear him bounce off the limiter. So I was like hmm... I waited for him to come back and I acted mad and he came back and said 10 bucks You can pay now or when you come out. I said Dont ever do that again. And he said its Free... hahahaha Epicccc

I guess since I don't need to be running on the stock tune anymore, can I get the 91 tune put on at least for the drive back to school? I want to check dat removed speed limiter.

Replied, thanks.

Would I need to get a retune if I got new HFC's? I think the passenger side is blown out based on how loud it's suddenly gotten, and the rattling I hear when revving in neutral.

you blew out the cat??? that sucks man, sorry to hear... they were good to me, sad to see them die.

I doubt you would need a return, HFC are HFC pretty much some have more cells than others which = more or less restriction but not a huge difference between them if I recall.

might see if there is anything an exhaust shop could do

Yeah, I haven't taken them off yet, but definitely sounds like it. I'm thinking about selling them as-is, maybe someone would gut them and use them as test pipes but that appear as normal cats. Kinda sucks, not that I can blame it on you, but just that AAM doesn't exist anymore so I can't even get them replaced.

I hope that when I go to take them off that it will be something else, but I doubt it.

How late will you be there? I have a detail in the morning, and it could take awhile. Maybe it isn't a good idea now because I'll probably be going back to OEM cats, or do you think it will be fine for a little bit?
