I found this written by Dave Bexfield of Nissan Sport Mag

Infiniti will officially unveil the production version of their EX35 on August 18 at the Pebble Beach Concours d' Elegance. The new vehicle does have another tech innovation that has not yet been released to the public (it's pretty cool). We'll have more details as soon as they are available, especially since I'm buying this CUV. Also look for an update in the Fall 07 issue. Q's? Hit me at editor@nissansportmag.com.

Dave, feel free to add anything I've left out. I'm very curious as to what the mystery tech is. What could it possibly be?

the owner saw the production model in the meeting and said it was a small crossover welll worth the wait for. i can't disclose anything else but "remember how the G coupe was when it first came out in 2003"

Thanks. The EX has piqued my interest more than any other product Infiniti has put out so far. This isn't to say I'm going to purchase one, but I'm really curious about the tech features, the interior, the performance, sport model (?), how many will sell, and who's buying it.

The EX definitely has my interest as well Alex. This could very well be my next vehicle.......but that's quite a ways away yet.

Wow. I wonder if I should put a down payment at my local infiniti dealership. I was kind of debating this as my 02 I35 is still rock solid but I could use the extra space to haul stuff.
