Well... I'm saving up to get some HFCs

 

If I am not going FI, what HFC would I want to get? 300Cell or 400Cell? I went to the website and can't really figure it out? I would like more power and to keep my exotic sound. If I lose the sound, f-it, I just wanna go faster!

Also, which would I likely pass smog with?

 

Either set will work fine. The metallic will last longer and flow better, as well as give you even more deeper and exotic sound.

That's the best way to put it. The less cells, the best performance, and the 300 cell are metallic CATS.
