is the fi exhaust carb legal? less than 95 db?

i ask this because i'm from cali, the anti mod state

 

Catback exhausts are neither carb legal or not carb legal. Headers and HFC's are what you have to watch out for in an exhaust system.

As far a s sound - I had my car metered when we originally made the Intimidator - the car came in at ~87db - just louder than stock during cruising speed and load and ~92db at open throttle. that was a 1 week old system.

As any system ages and seasons, they will mature in sound and can raise as well. Also keep in mind - other mods will have affect on exhaust sound levels as well.
