Is it only ART pipes that are shipping now? How about TDX2?

 

So they are shipping our exhaust today or just the ART?

Tony replied to my email about the TDX2 being available on 6/8 saying, "This Thursday"
and that was it lol. probably won't happen though. all we can do is wait....

 

update: still no shipping information. this is fckn bullshit. now im getting annoyed

 

either charles or tony have to make this straight. i called both of you this afternoon and you guys confirmed it will be shipped out today. now im getting annoyed and demand a compensation more than free overnight shipping!

 

Update on the ART pipes. I have some tracking information. I am sending tracking numbers out now.

ok finally this thing shipped out, but not even 1 day shipping? ...

 

Ive been told each of the last mondays that it would be here. What I dont get is when you promise a day, why is the next promise a week later? Shouldnt it be a day or two later since it should still come in around them? Its really getting ridiculous.

 

Yes it is getting ridiculous. I really want to know what their producers are doing that's making us wait so long. I wonder if they're waiting till everyones' exhaust is done and then shipping it all out at the same time. But I hate getting these random dates because I get my hopes up just to be crushed later on.

 

I dont think that is the case given the fact I told them they would lose my business unless they sent me one last week, to which they said they would try. I really think they dont have any made currently because otherwise they would have gotten one from them and sent it over.

 

I had a great shipping experience with B2autodesigns. I live in Canada and requested a specific ship-to date during a US vacation. One of the MD products I ordered was out of stock, but they called me the day it came in, I paid and they shipped it out same day. Communication with them was same day the whole time too.

Tony from MD is also a god on here and a great communicator, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I hope it works out for you guys soon, but without a doubt my next mod will also be an MD part from B2autodesigns.

 

This is to no fault of B2 at all. Charles has been there to offer me any sort of refund I would like. It is more with motordyne promising dates and constantly delaying and pushing them back week after week after week (which I understand is their manufacturers fault) but we arent buying from them we are buying from motordyne and they need to do whatever they can to get it straightened out)

 

Yup. Charles isn't in charge of the shipping date or the process of the exhaust. He isn't to blame. Nor do I blame Tony. Whoever the parts come from is to blame. I also think the builder is to blame as he messed up the "bends". I really don't know what to do anymore. Kind of at the verge of refunding and taking my money to save for FI or BBK. But No doubt this is the exhaust I want. I just hope Tony straightens all this because he should be the mediator as he is the owner after all.
