Galliano, sorry but proper sensor placement should never be an assumption! Expecially when said sensor controls your AFR's!
Also unbeliveable is the fact that Berk would sell it without gaskets which would/could possibly cause false readings to the sensor.
The pic of the 370/G37 shows gaskets. And proper plasement of the O2 sensor port placement.
Guessing I'll call Berk for a explaination.

OKay. Those do not come with gaskets. And the sensor goes into the tall hole. That being said I will be spending this weekend moving my sensors to the right holes since the shop didn't do it right. Hope that helps you out. Let me know if you have any other questions.

We, at least I, have 4 sensors on my cat pipe. 2 pre cat wideband sensors that send the ECU our pre-cleaned AFR signal. And 2 post cat sensors that inform the ECU that the catalist is actually working. (OBD2 requirement). It has been my experience (15 + years as a driveability tech with Ford) that sending a AFR signal to the ECU after the exhaust has been cleaned by the cat (which also burns up any unburnt fuel) will give the ECU completely wrong readings.
It seems like Berk placed the primary O2 sensors in the right spot for the 370/G37 but not the 350/G35.
Thats why I asked.
Guess I'll be ordering gaskets also as the smallest leak could cause major engine damage due to faulty AFR's.

I called Berk also but Brian, the main tech person, was gone. Waiting for a call back from him.

Ok, talked to Brian at Berk. Sorry for the confusion in my earlyier post. (insert foot in mouth here!)
Our exhaust manifolds have a port for the pre cat sensor.
While looking at the pics posted on the first page I thought we had to put all 4 of our sensors after the cat.
Berk has just simpally gave us extra ports if we wanted to use aftermarket tuning!

Folks, when installing your rear O2 sensors use the raised/rear port, not the capped off port.
Also, the reason Berk supplied gaskets with the 370/G37 is the factory uses crush gaskets on those models. On the 350/G35 they use a plain steel gasket that Berk says is reuseable many times.

Thanks for helping clear that up! I spoke Brian too and he had to explain it to me as well. This will definetly help those that were wondering
