Just curious, will this over the ugly black painted rockers on an 04G35X?

These actually replace the stock black rockers.

Any idea how much it would cost to paint these things? Like, how much prep work would there be?

Just a simple sand, prime, and paint. $200-$250 is what it'd cost.
