Which tab is broken?

 

the top tab on the passenger headlight, i used a zip tie to hold it in place and that worked but then got my insurance check so replaced pair so selling these. Otherwise these are in great shape

Since i have a 2003 coupe can i reuse my ballast? And do your headlights come with bulbs?

all pms replied........bumper in good condition guys, if anyone want it Ill take offers. A good few hours of fiber glass and bondo and bumper is good as new, dont want it just laying around my house.
