Hey guys/girls,

I have a set of used OEM 2005 G35 Coupe rear splash guards that came off my 05 Coupe. Backstory is i got in a minor fender bender where my rear bumper cover needed to be replaced. Car was repaired by Marcos Autobody in San Gabriel. When they put these splash guards back on, they had chipped the paint in one spot on each splash guard (see pics below). They're not bad chips and can be sanded down to be smooth again before paint. Marcos just didn't want to deal with that so they bought me a new set instead, so now these are up for grabs.

Color is 2005 Diamond Graphite and is the original paint from the factory. They were not damaged in the accident.

Cash pickup only. Located in Montebello, CA., but can also meet in Irvine M-Th 6am-5pm as i work down that way. Local pick up only. I expect shipping to be expensive on something that's this big.

I don't have much of a status here on Driver as i don't post much, but can provide from another forum if you'd like to see.




The one on top is chipped near the rear of the guard. The one on the bottom is closer to the fender part of the guard. Both are on the top edge of the guard. Not on the underside that is not showing.

 

weird that the shop decided to go that route. i guess cus insurance would cover? but thats one hell of a deal.

 

Yah, i think it had to do with insurance. Although it could also be that i'm pretty OCD/**** and Marcos prides themselves on customer service, so they didn't want an unhappy customer.

Is $50 a "hell of a deal"? I honestly don't know how much these actually go for and at the same time, they're not exactly perfect.

Even if they do go for more, i don't really care. I'd rather someone use them, otherwise they'd just be sitting in my garage collecting dust or may end up in the trash as they're useless to me.

i wouldnt say hell of a deal..its the going rate..

and for op shipping would cost u maybe 10-15 bucks..these are not big or a hassle to ship..throw them in a box

 

^u do kno u cant buy these new painted anymore from infiniti right? they all come unpainted now

 

i just bought a full painted DG set from a member here or I would have scooped these up.

a full set shipped to me was $9 parcel post

 

and its a fair price..you can get them for $50 shipped new unpainted...so a DG guy will benefit from this
