So they're making you keep that one and not giving you the correct one?

 

According to them this diffuser was the correct one & they gave me an option to keep this diffuser and they'll send me another diffuser which the one I wanted to begin with or send it back to VIS and take weeks to get my refund because VIS is strict on refund policy. I just don't wanna deal with JMAuto, i wasn't a satisfied customer in the end to be honest.

They knocked of a few bucks on the diffuser I wanted but i still gotta pay "pick up" fee since manufacturer is local to me, it was just a big hassle dealing with JMAuto but hey lesson learned right.

Shipping is a hassle for me plus it's risky, I had a buyer complained that it came damage when I packed the product securely and I won't get my asking price.
