1. What kind of shipping do you use? (box, packing material, support structures?) I heard these break often during shipment.

I had 2 break during shipping from a different seller, luckily I got insurance and UPS covered it, the only pain was waiting for a new one.

I had mine shipped to Canada with no damage, the diffuser was really well packed.

Prices posted are shipped to lower 48 States, but CF is out of stock, ETA February.
