I bet it uses the OE mounting holes of the chrome strip + D. sided tape at the tips.

...any takers?

(....no I don't have mine yet)

Thanks
Bump for mounting info

Rick can you tell us if it uses the existing holes from the chrome trunklid finisher, or let us know how it is mounted.

It does come with some sort of adapter that you put in place where the chrome piece would be. You do use some of the main mounting points from where the chrome piece would be, but from the directions I looked over real quick you will have to drill 1 hole on each side of the trunk to mount it on, it does include the double sided tape as well.

I'm sure Wayne an Ian will have some sort of a write up on these very soon

I'd be fine with it bolting up to the old chrome finisher locations, but I'm reluctant to drill into a perfectly fine trunk lid.

I guess I'll wait and see when someone posts picks on a LP sedan. Maybe I may change my mind

Well inTgr8r and I both have LP sedans and we have them ordered, so you might get to see ours installed provided our weather up here in the GWN improves.

Where are you located san~man ?
