It's actually very easy to install, but the hardware that comes with it doesn't work. I ended up using the factory clips for the lower two moutning points and using a 6 mm x 20 mm SST bolt with a couple of SST washers and SST nylon locking nut for the upper mouting point behind the license plate.

So that hole behind the license plate, how did you get the nut behind it? To me it looks like you would have to take the bumper off the get access behind there. As far as the clips for the lower tabs, did you have to buy those or are there tabs there already? Sorry for all the noob questions, I never really looked back there.

There's actually an opening right behind the license plate, so it's very easy to access that hole... I just pushed the bolt in from behind and used the nut on the outside. FOr the lowere mounts, the clips are already there. you'll just remove the factory clips and reuse them to hold the diffuser in place.

Cool. Thanks for the info bro. I was worried that I would have to bring it to a body shop and have them put it on. I am no where near handy, so DIY's can get very frustrating for me.

How come I was the only one who got the right plastic clip that goes behind the license plate? LOL

Ok, here's another newb install question.....do I stick the double sided tape first, then do the fasteners or the other way around?

start with the double side tape first, but before anything take off the 2 bolts located on the bottom part of the bumper, put the diffuser in place (make a quick test fitting), leave a small opening between the diffuser and bumper.
start peeling the top plastic on the double side tape (from the center part to the side) push the edges firm to attach it with the bumper and finally put back the 2 bolts on the bottom part and the other 2 clips on each side for extra secure (bottom part)

send me a pm if you need more help.

Diffuser installed!!!! Thanks to Alex and 2GoRNot2G for the install advice. Everything installed pretty easily. I was even able to use the pushpin for the center attachment point. Alex...you can put me down as another satisfied customer.

^ Awesome! Glad to hear everything worked out. I'd have to say this diffuser is one of the best fitting and easiest body mods that I've ever installed. It's odd, though, that the clip that's used behind the license plate works for some, but not for others... it was WAY too long to snap into place on mine before hitting the aluminum bumper support.

Here's a link to a post with my solution to this problem:

https://g35driver.com/forums/4968149-post93.html

Also, I recommend to anyone doing this install to use the 3M adhesion promoter on the bumper before installing the diffuser. This will makes a much more secure bond with the 3M double sided tape... Oh, and props to Alex and Company for using true 3M tape on this diffuser!!!!!
