+1 on it being the easiest mods to install. I actually installed it the opposite way. I installed the bottom two screws first, then did the tape. I was afraid that if I taped it first, I might not set it right and the holes will be off. The clip/screw behind the license plate went in fine. Your way looks just as clean.

i have HKS exhaust which has 115mm tip diameter... would this diffuser fit??

^ Should fit. I have the Tanabe Medalion exhaust with 115 mm tips on my sedan and I don't have any fitment issues at all.

just got my 07 G35 Sedan,... trying to fix it up. Great product,... still available in Carbon Fiber?? Also, do you guys have anything for the front and sides (lip spoilers)?
