I wish that I could get a response about the KZ bumper. My car is currently at the body shop. Im trying to get this bumper while its in the shop and times running out. If I could order one and get it by next week Wednesday I would buy for sure. Im just getting no response.

 

I want one!!! My nismo getting old. Lols...

Sorry fellas. I'm out of TR country and the bumper will be released the day after I arrive. Wednesday oct 6th. I have been in contact with the shop n the initial test fit went well.

As for the CS rear. It's release will be a week after the Kz.

Thank you for understanding the complications we had and in supporting the project. Simply put, these 2 bumpers will sick once it's done!!!

i hate to do this but after defending them im getting the same treatment. Order my nismo on the 21st of September with a 5-7 days delivery. Communication was good until payment was sent. Now i sent them 3 pms with no reply and i have yet to get my bumper and my car needs to go into the shop for paint.

 

Dude came thru in the end. I had no previous experience dealing with shipping via greyhound. Personally, I think that was more of an issue than Arch's customer service.

how long did it take you and did greyhound call you?

 

took almost 3 weeks and NO greyhound didn't call me for pickup. I ended up going down there to look and they claimed they didn't have my number.

I don't think Arch has a huge staff so that may be another reason for delays in pm's/emails.

 

I'm having the same communication issue. Got a phone call 10 minutes after sending inquiry IM. Was able to call and speak with Francis anytime up to the point of payment on 9/20. Was told K2 Remix was in stock and would ship quickly. IMs, text, email and phone calls have all gone with NO response whatsoever. I am sure the K2 will come, but communication is the key to internet/phone sales. Just wanted to pass it along.

Just FYI, K2 is to be shipped to body shop, not Greyhound.

You are correct regarding the tracking number, but unfortunately the only thing I have is a charge to my account.

Where are you Arch Industries?

 

Has anyone received one of these bumpers yet? I assume not......so, we don't know what, if any, the fitment issues are.
