Recap of my experience

Here's a recap of my personal experience with this "Premier" sponsor- Inquired about the K2 in mid-Sept, received a call and text within 10 minutes of my inquiry, spoke to Francis-was told K2 was in-stock, ready to ship. Paid $460 on 9/20 for truck delivery to body shop, heard/received nothing for many days. Arch Ind (whoever that is, Francis?) arrived back stateside and began updating their post, I was told my bumper had gone to FL (I'm in MS) and had to be retrieved and sent to me. Finally received a text (after many unanswered calls, text, emails and IMs) on 10/12 stating bumper is en route and will be delivered Mon/Tues. No tracking number was provided, again. I've spoken with my body shop this morning (Wed 10/20) and nothing has come in. I will continue to update this post as the saga continues. My intention is not to criticize Arch Industries but to relay to prospective clients of this vendor what you may expect when dealing with them. Keep in mind, the K2 was supposed to be in stock, not in pre-production.

^^ well.. dont really know what to say to that .. products that i requested havent been finalized as yet.. so i cant related with you on that 100%... and i want to say i understand your frustration if any.. and i do hope you do recieve your bumper in one peace

sorry joseph. i know you've been more than understanding with the issues with your order. i remember texting tracking information but maybe i mistaken that for someone else. I know you've been on point with wanting updates. There was about a 1-2 delay after it was shipped for "billing issues" they said they (GPX) all issues w/ my shipping account were resolved and everything was a go. With all that said, thats where the final delay came from, tracked it online and it's expected delivery is today.

Joseph I recently went threw the same stuff.....as it turned out it was all greyhounds fault really. Im in NY and the bumper was coming from CA and im guessing greyhound ships as space is available. Now in terms of the communication it should be better because the way it seems is like after you pay they ship your product and you are forgotten/ignored after that. G/L

Good news update!

Just wanted to post some good news...the bumper arrived yesterday at my Greyhound terminal. I will pick it up today. Should have pics up in a couple of weeks when I get the car finished (are they ever really finished?). Thanks, ARCH!

Just got the poly impul non modified sides tonight..

Arch/Francis had "Great" communication and is good guy...

ARCH - when can I pick up my impul IP painted sides? I can probably get them at the same time as the KZ.. just let me know what works.

well......I wasn't going to say anything but after reading other posts I feel that I should.
I ordered a nismo poly bumper from arch a few months ago and didn't want to ship through greyhound because the terminal wasn't close to my house......so arch tells me I can pay $45 extra to have it shipped to my door. So I think everything is cool and pay the extra cash to have home delivery.......
I never get a tracking number or anything and one day I get a phone call from a greyhound station 30 miles from my house saying my bumper is there! wtf? I paid extra and they still sent it greyhound!?!? Ok so I go get the bumper and wow! This thing was crap! It's poly I guess but it seems more like a piece of rubber I mean its so soft it feels like a mudflap or something.

Anyway besides the material it was also very wavy/rough! Whoever makes their molds should learn how to do bodywork cause both sides and the middle where the original tow hook location is were really bad. It was also very wavy just below where the grille sits.
I really considered throwing it in the dumpster....I mean our cars are too nice to put crap parts on! But then again I wanted a nismo and couldn't find a real one....and didn't want to go buy from another "premier sponsor" and not know what I would get so I repaired this one
I had to repair both sides and the whole middle area and prime the whole bumper and block it twice to get all the other smaller waves/nicks/mold defects out of it.

Anyway...I expected to get a paint ready bumper shipped to my door and this is what I got. Just wanted to let everybody know

your own fault for accepting an unacceptable product, should have spoken to arch about it, you would have just had to send it back, and they would have gotten it right the second time

trust me, even if they mess up or if its just the shippers fault, arch industries will go out of their way to please there customer
