Interested. What will be the price difference between the carbon fiber and the $225 fiberglass? If the gap isn't significant then I shall patiently wait.

Maybe a dumb question but will it not fit without OEM style exhaust?

The price gap will be significant $100+ at least since CF will require several times the labor than a regular fiberglass part.
We have been testing different molding techniques to obtain the best looking part, we should be taking orders for the CF diffusers some time next week.

This is not true. Some aftermarket exhausts with larger tips (i.e. HKS (authentic and replica), Fujitsubo, etc.) may have problems. You can only adjust the hangers so much to make the tips sit lower. Some exhausts will have problems with rubbing. Others may not even fit at all.
I haven't seen Ionic's Nismo diffuser in person yet, but I'd say make sure you have a good 1/2" at least between the top of your tips to the bottom of the bumper cutouts.
