I noticed that you mention that the diffuser is intended to be used painted.
Is there any reason why I shouldn't install it without painting it if I like the raw matte finish?

Thanks! I'll have the price later this week. But as you know our prices are pretty reasonable.

Because this is an unfinished part. The gel coat finish is not a uniform one, and I don't want people complaining that the diffuser doesn't look perfect. You can perfectly use it as is, but I would suggest that you wetsand it and polish it for best results. The gel coat is actually stronger and more durable than a regular paint job.

Thanks!

As you guys can see we only installed it with just 2 of the bottom push in clips, we didn't get a chance to install the other 2 clips and the two top screws, and the fitment was still spot on.

We will start taking orders next week.

Thanks!

Very nice Iconic ... Is the photo above the Regular Weave Carbon Fiber version? If so, are you also going to offer this in the Twill Weave Carbon Fiber ?

Jose, that looks AWESOME!

Is there any way we can get a matte carbon fiber finish like the one you posted? I understand that one is unfinished and will be glossy eventually, but I think that matte c/f looks great!

We just posted the pictures of the CF version a few days ago.

The pictures are of the Twill weave CF, I haven't had any Plain weave CF in stock so I made it using the Twill.

I can get the diffuser sprayed with a mate clear coat, the parts don't look good without polishing.

That would best be done by a paint shop since they will need to trim and fit this part on your rear bumper.

Thanks!

Whats the difference in the regular fiber glass one vs the ionicflex one? How much for just the diffuser that is made out of ionicflex one?

^^ The difference was is the material. After doing more testing it's easier to install the regular fiberglass one than the ionic flex, since the ionic flex will probably need double sided tape because of it's flexibility, and the fiberglass one won't.

Thanks!
