Hey guys. So I ordered this weeks ago and got it sometime last week. Shipping was good and I just opened the package today because I am installing it tomorrow.

The only thing is that I thought instructions and screws were included but so far I haven't found them in the package. It seems like only the lip is there..

Hopefully I find them, and other than that, the communication was great.

 

Update: I just took all the protective wrapping off the lip and searched every square inch of that box and there is nothing else in it besides the lip...not happy.... Will be in contact with Ionic..

I'm sorry that you didn't receive the mounting hardware. I hope you can understand that this month was our busiest season and this mistake was unintended. I will be shipping them out as soon as I get back in town this Wednesday.

I live in san diego and ordered the lip on the 22nd and the lip didn't arrive until the 29th. that's not bad if it was from the other side of the country or even out of state. shipping delay caused me to pay extra to the paint shop. Nice lip all parts received.

 

I'm glad that you were satisfied with the parts ordered but sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the shipping times. Regarding that you forget to mention that you ordered on the Saturday before Xmas, we don't work on Saturdays or Sundays and just like everyone else we are entitled to some rest and time with our families.

Just like any other company we have standard handling times, we have a specified 5 business day handling time for regular orders, longer for CF and color matched items.

So if you do the math this was shipped out within 4 business days and shipped on time per my reply to you on this thread on 12/22. "Hi! By the end of next week"

I don't see the point of your post and don't appreciate it at all.
