That's almost reasonable but I purchased an item from el monte california (out of city) on the 27th and received it on the 29th.

 

He just stated he does not work on Saturday and Sunday and following those days are two Holiday days. So basically he got your order on Wednesday and you received it on 3 days later, I think that's pretty good customer service.

Your comparison is still unreasonable and has no bearing with our order. We are a shop and produce our own parts, because of this we can't ship every day and stock varies every single day as well, that's why we have a 5 day handling time.

The fact is we shipped this out in a timely manner and you received the expected product.

If you got stuck with extra fees by making plans in advance with parts you haven't received then that's your fault. There are way to many other things that can happen as well like shipping damage, lost parcels, wrong deliveries, missed deliveries just to name a few.

Hey guys, I've always wanted to buy the lip. Its just the price what scares me. For lip, paint and shipping its almost $400. Thats some serious money right there )

 

You can always order this unpainted and paint it your self if you want to save money. Our prices are already cheap as they are since these parts aren't manufactured overseas and are quality pieces. Not to mention that $120 for paint is dirt cheap. The rate here in San Diego is $250+
