can these replace the oem hid without cutting or splicing wires? looking to replace the oem cause they giving me problems. already bought another oem ballast that didnt work...

One question has always bugged me about using these kits in the high/fog. (I have a 2005 sedan). Since the Low beams are a separate system and run all the time, if you don't run the fogs all the time, the bulbs won't be "warmed up", do you have to deal with "start up" delay when you go from Low beam to High beam?
Also do you have a kit for a 2008 Civic Si Sedan?
