ARCH Industries - CS POLY Rear BUMPER

I had an issue with ARCH. My car was in an accident (September 16) so needed the entire car repainted. I PM'd him about the price and when I would be receiving the Impul SS and the CS rear. He told me 1st or 2nd week of October. At that point, I sent him the payment and he keeps giving different excuses:
"I'm out of town"
"Bodyshop is doing last test fitting"
"Bumper is all done, ready to be shipped tomorrow" (Then I PM'd him if he shipped it out yet, and says there was an issue with the machine)
Not only did he do that once, but multiple times!!
Then it's end of October and still he has not shipped it out nor has the bumper been fully finished.
I am a patient guy but stop giving false hope to people and lying to them! Just be honest!!
Before I even sent the payment, I have been sending him PM's and texts. I get replies instantly!! After I sent the payment, I get replies a few days later. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I asked for a refund but he gives me another BS excuse, "I'm out of town right now, I'll be back on Monday so I will process refund on Tuesday"
I got tired of his excuses so I disputed the charge. I got my money back.
I hope everybody deals with some other company because ARCH is the worst company to deal with.

Honestly after seeing that I'm not the only one who this has happened to, and that there are other members, Something should be done by mods of this forum. clearly Arch's business practices aren't up to Par. It reminds me of a shop from the Lexus IS300 forums, that treated all the local users well but had no regards for anyone who wasn't local...

like i have told many others before, i don't BS with others people money. if you wish for a refund you will get your refund. and like it was said many times before business is business so i will refund everything accordingly. And since this thread was in the vendor FS section and not discussion, i will be locking this thread AFTER all refunds have been processed. I have no issues with leaving this open since the knock on ARCH has been communication.
I have been on this forum before ARCH was created and ARCH will continue to be here to service the community. Many can vouch on what i have provided, simply put ARCH will work twice as hard hereon out.
