You could always have it painted somewhere else. My cousin used to live in Louisiana, and there was a shop there that specialized in "chrome" paint finishes. Did a really good job from what I hear.

Good idea, but I'll trust Jose to get me as shiny a silver as he can find.

My grill shipped out today but Jose sent me a taste of what it will look like. The color is "Silver Chrome" and looks to be exactly what I wanted. This is the color on a coupe grill.

I myself am debating what paint to be used, which is probably the lone reason why I haven't purchased yet.
And I agree, that Chrome Silver would be money.

Thanks guys. I quoted the color wrong, it's "Silver Chrome" but whatever it's called it's sexy!
