Aluminum Under Tray (Splash Shield) for G35/350Z/G35X/G37/G37X

If you are like me, someday you will be cruising on the highway and suddenly hear a rubbing/scratching sound coming from under your engine. The stock plastic splash shield pulls away from the bumper and leaves you wanting something better, well here it is:

* Aluminum - to keep it lightweight
* Better Protection for your engine
* OEM ground clearance or better
* Extra rigidity at high speeds
* OIL DOOR - if you change your own oil this will make it much quicker. 2 Bolts and you have access to filter and drain plug

Raw Aluminum and Black Powder Coated options are available for all parts

Yes. All holes match to stock. There are two drainage holes..one for coolant and one for auto trans cooler lines.

Shipping to MN will take 3-4 days - i ship via UPS. What problems have you been experiencing with aftermarket bumpers? I have made some special front pieces for a few people where the new bumper is longer than stock.

I know several people running this who are "slammed", some on bags. How low are you? This generally helps with clearance. Depending on your situation some custom adjustments can be made.

I can personally vouch for these.

I've had one of Toolbooth's trays on my car for nearly 2 years now. It's worth it for the oil change door alone

But seriously though, sooooo much better than the plastic piece of crap (that came loose and scared the crap out of me after a high speed run BTW)

+1 to all positive comments! I have had mine for a while saved me a couple times, pine cones, rocks, aluminum cans, whatever blows into the road while your driving..........

Plus it strengthens your front bumper, I have a strafe nismo rep(fiberglass) and I hit a retread from a semi truck on the freeway. Only scratched the paint, no bumper damage.

Oil changes take only a few minutes too!

This time around I have the Kuruma poly bumper and it sits up against the plastic undertray, which is good since it keeps it from falling, however it needs to be drilled to attach bolts to the 2 pieces. Does the new piece just sit flush, is there a gap or does it have to be attached?

I will also be pretty low, I was under the impression this helps as stated by others in this thread

The shroud is 3 pieces. The front piece which connects to the bumper will extend to about where the stock on is. You will want to get some extra clips (+$5) since your new bumper doesn't have them. It will let you mount the shroud up very easily.

I have a few G35X (for 2003-2006) in stock right now. They are powdercoated black. I'll send you a PM.
