Before you do this, you might want to search for other posts on this site regarding this change-out. (There are a ton of posts on this in the tech area.)
Last I read, I believe you loose your cruise control and get a CEL with this change.

I lost cruise control with my FCON and I've had CEL light since I bought the car.

I've only read about 1 person losing cruise control so I think it might be a install related problem. I am going to pm some of the guys on my350z that did this mod.
