Calling all 5AT owner (preferably South Florida)

I am looking for some one with a 5AT ( 3.3 final drive) stock pumking with VLSD to trade for my 3.5. I am looking for a complete swap. I would prefer to arrange to have the swap done in the same shop at the same time so the only cost incurred by either one of us would be the labor charges.

This is a great mod for you 5AT owners (n/a or sub 425whp FI) because the 3.5 gearing will give you better exceleration. The 3.3 gearing will benefit me better because of the hp I am pushing.

Anyone interested please email me at jguzman@carnival.com.

the 5AT have 3.3 gears while the 6mt have 3.5 gear. The 3.5 gears will give you faster acceleration because the gears are shorter. The 3.3 gears are longer and will help me with traction and in the quater mile cause I would have to shift 1 less time.

This would be like you buying the 350evo 3.9 final drive only my 3.5 gears aren't as short as the 3.9.

are you willing to come down to Miami? We could get the swap done in 1 day. If you need a place to stay I have a guest room for you.

also does your Z have VSLD?

If you are under 425whp or so this mod would help you at the drag strip since the 3.5 gears are shorter you will have faster acceleration. Because I am over 500whp it would benefit me to make my gears longer cause it will help with traction.

Viscous limited slip differential and if your car is at least an Enthusiast, you have it (as long as it's not a base Z).

I was thinking about Dynamic Turbo in Doral, but I am willing to do it at the shop of your choice as long as the price is fair.
