Water dripping onto seat

Does anyone have a remedy for the water that drips down onto the drivers side seat when you open the door after it has been raining? Even when I wipe it away more just follows it. My old Accord didn't do that and neither does my wifes BMW.

You concur eyy someones been watching Catch Me If You Can way to much. That would be an awesome idea but one would need to initially be in the car in order to "drive fast" therefor the seat is gunna get wet. Thing I hate the most is when your windows are down the water drips into the car WHYY couldn't they design if so that water goes up the roof better
