just imagine the property taxes on this 'un!

Interested in buying an island this Christmas and don’t want to settle for anything less than the best! Then, get ready to free millions for owning the most expensive freehold island in the world, Vatu Vara island in Fiji. The island is nicknamed Hat Island due to its unusual shape and it is said to be one of the last four freehold islands to come on to the market in Fiji. The two-mile-wide island is for sale for an asking price of $75 million.

I was looking into this a couple weeks ago...

you can get an island for under a million. My plan was to buy the island then claim sovernty and dual citzinship. Perfect way to avoid taxes all together

cuban cigars are good but you can get just as good quality dominicans and from some of the other islands. with castro, some of the better cigar makers moved to other places. that aside, ive got the cigars waiting, we just need the island.
