Hey if anyone wants a new office for anything i have a the space. Just let me know.

Here is some more detail. I'm waiting on the rendering from the advertisment company they havent come through with it yet but its going to be a premium building.

Things are picking up. I work more on the upper end of homes on the barrier island, and we are seeing more activity. In the lower, more affordably priced homes, it is very slow and alot of inventory.

CNN listed Vero Beach as the #2 location in the US to put your real estate dollars. CNN is predicting a 64% increase over the next 5 years. That article may be helping the market, too. I still beileve that we are in a corrective period. There are just too many listing and not enouigh buyers. I foresee at least another year to 1.5 year of this current market.

From what i understand, the market will start rising mid next year. So this is why one should purchase a home now rather than wait for it to go up. This is the time you can low ball with sellers and get the best deal. Also interest rates are low. So i asume that by March next year people will rise prices again. My point was to buy a home before March and than sit and enjoy the equity gains from there onwards.....
