Comments about The Run

Pros:
Overall great event
High number of cars turned out
Driving course
Food at dealership
Prizes (even though they lost mine)
Toys for the kids

Cons:
We needed more G's!
Too much down time once we got to the dealership
Too many small prizes (keychains, shirts, hats) that made the raffel drag on
Rudeness of the Autoway Nissan sales staff- Me and my wife were sitting behind them as they leaned their fat asses up against a car. They talked **** on every single person who went up to claim their prizes and made sexual comments on every woman who was in their line of sight. One comment was about a larger guy who won a Moe's gift certificate "That ain't gonna help you none". It was non stop. They were pathetic and disgusting. I'll never go there and I'll warn anyone else who is in the market for a Nissan.

I had a great time. I wouldnt worry about what the sales person said. They are just Jealous that they dont have a nice car. Because they probably drive a honda.

I really see your point on the sales staff. I was standing in line for barbeque and the two guys say "Man I can't believe some idiot tore all the infiniti stuff off his car and put nissan emblems on. That just doesn't make sense" So I chimed in and said "Yeah, I was really stupid for doing that huh?" I'm sure his foot tasted good. Oh well, they were assclowns anyway.

Other than that, I had a great time. Won the intense power front lip and a forged performance clutch cable.

I agree with it all. I'm pretty much a smart@$$, so the sales staff stuff doesn't really bother me. I did have to tell one guy to watch his mouth around my kid, though--and he did.

Either way, that group of sales guys looked like a bunch of clowns, so I wouldn't take too much stock in them. Besides, when I buy my cars, I buy them over the internet and show up to inspect and confirm a purchase where I have already negotiated a price. Truly. the day of the car salesman is just about over. HOORAY for the internet!!!

To end positively, there were some seriously nice prizes and some great donations all the way around. The event staff was awesome, and while the raffle give-away was a little tedious, it did ensure that a lot of people had a shot at winning something, which was a pretty cool idea...

Lastly, I am overly positive because I actually won $100 from RZ Motoring and that allowed me to get some 350z H-Techs last night for a wopping $12.35...

I just remembered...What was the deal with the Tampa Bay Storm cheerleaders? I saw them at Quaker Steak sitting around but they weren't doing anything. Were they there for something else?

Yes. I don't care for that kind of BS AT ALL. I am BIG on CS and won't put up with it at all. There are PLENTY of other places that would gladly take my $$$$.

If anyone caught a name, please pass it along to Chimmike or Dave or Craig, somebody.

Seems pretty blatant and clearly they were a couple of dumb asses.

I had a great time. It just took a while for the raffle to begin.

I don't remember seeing any names but one was a fatter white guy with short blonde hair and another was a big black guy with a short beard.

If the fatter white guy was also tall I know exactly who he is, he's just a big clown, don't take any offense. As far as the black guy if he was thin (not fat) with a shaved head he's an even BIGGER clown...
