THERE IS A HOSTAGE SITUATION IN NEIGHBORHOOD. JUST LOOKED OUT THE BACK WINDOW AND SAW A SHARP SHOOTER WALK BY. THEY ARE ON THE BULL HORN TELLING THE PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY TOLD US TO GET DOWN AND GET AWAY FROM THE WINDOW.....GOTTA GO

Ok it was a long night and i just got to work. Apparently what happened was someone was trying to kill them selves and the swat team came out bc the reports were he was he had a gun.
Here is the whole story...
I worked late Sunday night till about 9 and my wife was with me we just got home and parked the car got out and we were walking up to the door and all the sudden we heard on a bull horn "COREY PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONE, ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TALK". So we were wondering what the hell. so we walk behind our building and we see sharp shooters and like 15 cops accross common grounds maybe 50 yards away. So we just turned around went in and locked the door made a call to a neighbor in the building which the police surrounded and the police answered the phone and explained to us to turn off our lights and get on the ground. So we did.........Every 30min or so the police got back on the bullhorn and asked CORY to answer the phone.
I looked out the sliding glass door and saw a SWAT guy walking next to my porch with an assult machine gun. So i just closed the blinds and hit the ground didnt know what was going on. A while later we heard two shots and then nothing for a while so thinking it might be over i go look out the sliding glass door again and SWAT was still there. As i was walking away there was three more shots and and a huge flash had to be a flash gernade. So i hit the ground and start crawling to my room. Oh by the way my wife was freaking out by this time.
After that my wife and i decided to sleep on the ground. I woke up around 3AM and checked outside and they were all gone. what a night. Lets just say if anyone wants a Condo for sale im sure our will be up for sale by the end of this week.

Residents of nine apartments on Morrey Loop in the Highlands subdivision of Winter Springs were evacuated from their residences for about four hours Sunday night because police received a call that a man armed with a rifle was threatening suicide.
When officers entered the man's apartment, it was vacant, Winter Springs Police Capt. Mike Noland said.
Residents were allowed to return to their apartments about 11:30 p.m.
