Thanks Guys
Trunk I need to adjust a little but dont see how cause it doesnt look like the lock is adjustable and the top mounts dont look it either.
hood fits perfect at the nose and the back a little bit of a gap on the fenders

I agree with Ian. I think most people buy them because they look cool. I've tried to find out how much lighter the CF hoods are than the stock OEM hood and no one seems to know.

I like the Siebon (sp?) hood with the three slots on each side. If I ever got one, I would paint it to match the rest of my car. Everyone would know it was a CF hood because of the slots, and I'd be happy because it was lighter, and cool looking, and would let the hot air out.

Dan has been talking about a group buy for these hoods if these is enough interest.

The front looks real mean! Nice!!

But is the difference really that big? 40 vs 8 lbs? My stock hood didn't seem much heavier than the stock style vis cf hood. Anyone want to trade??

that weight is for the seibon oem cf hood that i had about a week. i could pick it up with 2 fingers and pretty much frisbee it if i wanted to. huge difference on those. not sure if the vis is heavier because of the slits/grills or if theres something else.

I saw a stock coupe and the fender gap is just a tiny gap so I wouldnt call that an Imperfection & the trunk I just think its the brand thats why Im gonna go Seibon later
