Ok got my hood on Friday & couldn't wait to throw it on. I also put on my trunk and some LED'sI was planning on installing it when my rims came in but I couldnt wait. Here some pix for now from my cell. I'll get some better pix on friday when throw on the rims

You ever think of painting the roof black to match the hood and trunklid?

 

Yes, I might be doing that this weekend ,got to see if I have any $$ around ,spent to much this month. Im also waiting on some carbonfiber eye lids.

does anyone ever paint their carbon fiber hoods? just curious asa I am not too fond of the mis-matching hood/car look. Carbon is very strong and light weight, but are most people buying it for weight savings or for the "look?"

 

I think people are buying it mostly for that tuner/show car look.

Boostedef, definitely take some more pics of your ride once you mount on those wheels. It looks really nice.

I painted mine on the edges to match up with the CF grill..
but I think painting them completely is perfectly fine!

CleanG35, to me you set up with just the right amount of paint looks better than just leaving the hood in raw CF.

 

well Im adding a CF grill (one that actually fits ), cf eyelids & cf rear diffuser and painting the roof black until Azuma makes the CF roof overlay, so if I paint the hood its going to look wierd in my opinion. Picking up the rims @ 3pm so Ill post some more pix tonight thanks for the compliments. & Yes I am going to join the club & I went to the October meet @ Hooters but the car was completly stock back then
