seat positioning

well took the car in for an oil change wednesday and the seat was all changed up when i got it back. its driving me nuts but i cant find a comfortable position anymore. ive probably changed things about 50 times trying to find my old sweet spot. any tips for seat positioning in general? my lower back hates me.

hellz yea! It also sucks when they adjust the steering wheel. I always try to tell people not to move anything (seats, wheel, mirrors).

I just keep my seat simple. I'm 6ft+ and my wife 5+ so we both pretty tall.
Seat always pushed back as far as it goes. Wheel alway dropped down as far as it goes. and the back rest half way down. Works just fine.
