Orange Park is around Jacksonville and Middleburg area...i interviewed Keller Williams and Vanguard GMAC...im looking to be part time because i do want to finish my education (hopefully within 3-4 years)...i have a basic clientele from friends and family...but not sure how much they really want me since they all know i JUST started lol...but please i am confused of where to go! Any kind of guidance would be greatly appreciated...but i would like to work part time and send referrals, but school comes first in my book because money is not a HUGE issue at the moment. Trying to set up something with Re/Max and Watson...going to get a card from Coldwell Banker and set up with them later in the week...thanks alot guys, you have beena huge help to me throught this process...and if anyone i know goes into your area...ill def refer them to you

I live in OP-Fleming Island. Anyway, Kim Knapp (Napp???) seems to be the biggest thing going out here. Watson is okay and has been around forever here in the Jax area. I'd cruise around the Island, Eagle Harbor and Magnolia Pointe/Margret's Walk to see who is listing the most. It's prime real estate in those places...

Well i can tell you from experience that Watson and Century 21 have the best training, i'm sure those that have dealt with them and are in the business will tell you the same thing. Remax advertises its name ALOT but i have also heard from its employees that there are many fees and little to no help, so for a beginner i wouldnt suggest them.
