i figured ud be the only one who really cared dream hahaha...il be up to your level hopefully by tomorrow! i take the state exam tomorrow...cause i PASSED!!! **** yea sajdhasjdsnh!!! so excited
Good luck and study hard. They can make a question out of every other question in the book.
It seems the state's objective is to make sure you know the intricacies of the material. Don't worry if you don't pass it, know where you were lacking and focus harder on those areas!!!!!

It took my girl 4 times to pass state. She had a stack of flashcards a foot high. Last year was her first year in Real Estate and she made about 20k. But this year its looking very possibly to more than double that. Fortunatly for you, in the near future, the market is "expected" to go on the upswing. This last year was very hard. She gained most of her customers by cold calling FISBO's (For sale by owner) and asking how things were going.
Good luck, it's hard to learn how to go a couple months between paychecks (sales).
BTW: Plan on keeping reciepts for everything. Possibly a seperate credit card for work expenses. Use a daily/monthly planner to keep track of car miles. There will be a lot of stuff you will need to write off. This was the first year we had to pay someone to do our taxes. It was a bit complicated, but I learned a lot.

I feel your pain!!! Same thing happned to me... an F'in 74!! I would have rather failed miserably than to miss it by one point. I had scored a 96 on my class test, so I didn't study for the sate exam. after I scored the 74, I went back and studied hard and passed the next time!!! I think I redeemed myself though.......I passed my broker's state exam on the first try.
Don't stress out, just study up on the areas you missed most, and go back and pass it!!!! Good luck to you.
