ive had all my other tickets fought but i usually end up just getting the ticket lowered and still pay fines just to avoid the points. my mom just got a speeding ticket on the way to gainesville and is using 1-800-ticket so we'll see how she does.

Sucks about the ticket.

Remember you can only ELECT (or choose) to take driving school 5 times in your LIFE. A court can SEND you to traffic school and that doesn't count off your 5.

Its always better to get some kind of traffic lawyer and fit the ticket.

well this is only my 2nd ticket in a year since ive been back in fl. i had a lawyer for the first which was speeding. i figure ill just pay this since it isnt that big a ticket. the speeding tickets are usually like $200 so id rather lawyer it up for that.
