Autoway Nissan invited all Infinitis to their Z Meet today, so I took a drive up to Clearwater to check things out. They had a fine showing of Z's and Nissan's of all kinds. As usual, I took a few pictures.

Autoway Nissan sponsored the event and put on a great show. Here are Mike and 350RN's 350Z's in front of the dealership.





I ran into a nice couple with a spotless Anniversary Edition 350Z. They even had an authentic poster for the anniversary edition autographed by the designer of the 350Z.

OZOC's Big Rich drove over from Orlando for the Autoway event. His Z was looking spotless, as usual... (that's not Rich in the picture...)





Lots of Nissans entered the contest...





Check out the beautiful paint job on this 350Z.





Looks like it has some bite, too!



The Infiniti parking area was not very crowded...



Mark and Ryan (2007 G35 Sedan) also showed up and represented the Florida G35 Club.

I have to say that this was my favorite car of the meet! It's an early model 240 Z with a Supra engine in it. It is the ultimate sleeper, unless you notice the roll cage, ultra wide tires, etc... Notice the engine in the following pictures... It's from a Supra. I forget how many horsepower it made on a dyno, but he took it to the track a few weeks ago and ran an 8.93 at 155 miles per hour. That's stunning!







Very clean Z...



This Z's owner races it two or three times a month. It is in spectacular shape for that kind of thrashing.



Customized turbo setup...



This Z probably has the cleanest engine compartment I've ever seen.





Gina's show car was gorgeous... She placed second in the very competitive 350Z class.







Nice roadster...



I believe this car won the 350Z class.



This heavily customized 240Z won Best of Show! It was spotless... and it had a surprise under the hood. a supercharged small block Chevrolet engine.







Had a great time... Loved looking at all the cars...
