A headlight housing, or a bulb? Because you have to remove the front bumper cover to change a whole housing...

I have a question about the surveys. Do they come in the mail, or is it something they give you when you pick up you car? I am very new to Infiniti, and just had my car in at the dealer in Melbourne last week for warranty work. Had no problems with the service, but have not seen any survey to fill in.

While the service was fine, I definitely got a different vibe there while talking to the service reps, compared to talking to people at Lokey back at the Florida meet a few weeks back. The Melbourne dealer people made several comments about several of the mods on my car, even going so far as to write them up on my service bill. The guy I talked to at Lokey seemed much more friendly towards mods, and they even had several aftermarket parts on display for sale.

I went in to Atlantic Infiniti about a week and a half ago, and purchased my clock bulb, and get a couple prices for things. (asain guy up there in parts was nice/friendly) While I was there, I signed in to talk to a service rep about seeing what recalls have been done on my car, and which ones still need done. I just bought the car 4 days before, and my father (mechanic) printed out the recalls for me. I know I didn't make an appointment or anything, but after 30 minutes, and me being the 2nd person in line, I left without talking to anyone. I was told I just can't call up there to get this info...

Guess I will be calling later in the week to make an appointment to see about this info... Anyone specifically I should talk to?

Sorry, I didn't realize that these surveys were so important. If they help the people that help me on my car, that's good enough for me... I will start filling them out.

In hindsight, I suspect most people are motivated to fill these surveys out when they are unhappy. Your people go out of their way to help me and I always appreciate it. If I can help them, I will surely do it.
