Wow better late then never but I did find what I was looking for which was actually the mount not the mirror itself.

What do you mean by mount? Are you looking for a JGTC look (with the smaller cf rear view mirros)? The only Option for the G that isn't completely custom is the carbon fiber cover, which was posted above, but that's not for the g37 either

 

The part that holds the mirror. I found them on E Bay. Basically CF triangles that go over the mount. I mostly see 350's with them.

 

yes i have. depending on their stock, and what you are ordeing shipping can take anywhere from 2-9 weeks. The latter for the heavy items. payment is through credit card and they have the USD to YEN conversion on their site. Basically you pay at the exchange rate for the day of the sale. They were good to deal with.

Where did you find the mirror mounts? Im looking for them too but the only thing i seem to find is the entire mirror as well

 

Holy grave digger. I never found actual replacements. Just CF covers, kinda like an over lay.
