sounds good bro. kevin and i are both cruising down so we'll be 2 blue g's. i replied with my #. probably leave here around 9am tomorrow. we'll only be there saturday all day most likely.

Those Pontiac GXPRs look pretty sick...I'm watching the race now and doing some research on what the RX-8 is running in the GT class...man it hauls a$$...

 

Ya, the Mazda's really surprised me too. I had no idea they had anything with so much grunt. and the sound was awesome. More like a bike sounding. Though the loud growl of the V8's was nice too.

Too bad the weather sucked. Most of my pictures didn't turn out to well. I am going through them now, and will post a few good ones latter. next time, I am bringing a step ladder. Not enough good vantage points of the track for photography, unless you have press credentials.

 

I have a few photos up on my pbase site. I did not have very good luck. The conditions didn't lend themselves well to picture taking. Plus, finding a good location is difficult with all the security fences around the track. I didn't find shooting up high from the grandstands was very good.
