They could mean AGI or Taxable Income they haven't said. So this is after certain deductions (maybe)....It is so open for interpretation its crazy.

its phased out so you would still get some but just not as much.

75k is the cap. for every 1k you make over, there is a 5% deduction from the 600 rebate. none of this is completely approved yet so wait and see.
