This won't help any, things are pretty bad as is. I'm sure the rest of the State will feel the effects.

i was driving northbound on 17 at about 1030ish(crash was said to have happened about 910)...and it was a dead halt. they sent us through Colling than to Blanding after sitting in traffic for about 30 minutes under 295. it was crazy. i went to school with the girl Amanda Ingram, she was said to have a broken/fractured vertibrae, but is at home tonight. Crazy, just goes to show that even if your the safest driver out there, some kinda **** can happen. be safe fellow G drivers and lets not get them knicked up

Bob Arnold was a former JSO detective and currently a private investigator at the best firm in NE Florida...if I were the Mustang driver, I'd go hire the best criminal defense lawyer money could buy and turn myself in immediately...

UPDATE

The driver of a blue Ford Mustang, who police say could hold clues to Monday's deadly crash on the Westside, has come forward.

Florida Highway Patrol spokesman Lt. Bill Leeper says the man called police Tuesday afternoon and told them he was the other person speeding along Roosevelt Boulevard at around 9 a.m. Monday.

The white Acura just behind the Mustang lost control, went flying across the median, and crashed into oncoming traffic, killing a retired JSO detective and sending others to the hospital.

Troopers say the Mustang's driver is currently being treated as a witness and has not been charged in the fatal crash. Leeper says FHP does not typically release the names of the witnesses questioned by its investigators.

Joker lol old or not man, this could have been avoided, PERIOD. The dude that died had his wife driving near by, that is wild. But yea, i drive 17 atleast 5 times a week back and forth, so im expecting to see more cops around this area. I am guilty if speeding everyday, but never "racing" or watever.
